Jan 03, 2013…via The Boombox:“Already on probation for pointing a gun at a police officer,17-year-old Chicago rapper Chief Keef avoided jail time during a court hearing earlier today. A Cook County, Ill. judge ruled that Keef will not have to go to jail for violating his juvenile probation by moving to the upscale neighborhood of Northbrook without informing his pobation officer. Judge Carl Anthony Walker said that he had not been presented “any credible evidence” that Keef had moved from his Dolton home. Keef already faced jail time for supposedly violating probation by holding a rifle in an interview with Pitchork. The hearing for that charge has been been pushed back to January 28.”
