Quvenzhané Wallis walked away with the Critic’s Choices Award for best young actor/actress last night. With her smartphone in her hand, the 9-year-old actress stole the hearts of viewers as she accepted award last night. She told the crowd: “First I would like to thank God for all my blessings. I would also like to thank the film critic’s for this award.’ Thanks to Mr. Benh Zeitlin and the Court 13 family for thinking I could make a good Hushpuppy.
